Camicissima AMILON Gift Card Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “AMILON GIFT CARD”

The Amilon Gift Card (or Gift Card) is a non-personalised card issued by Fenicia S.p.A., with registered office at Piazza Cavour 3, Milan, and owned by the same company. It is available for purchase and use for purchases at participating Camicissima stores in Italy.

The E-GIFT CARD is solely a payment method and is in no way intended to be a financial instrument.

Any unauthorised or improper use that does not comply with these regulations and the conditions set out herein is prohibited.

The purchase and use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance, including tacit acceptance, of the following conditions:

1. The Amilon Gift Card: is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, exclusively at participating Camicissima stores in Italy and Spain, for the purchase of products displayed for sale;
   excludes gift cards available inside participating stores;
   the list of participating stores is available on the website camicissima.com/amilon and at participating stores;
   cannot be used to purchase another gift card;
   is not personalised and may be transferred to another person;
   cannot be reloaded;
   in the event of loss, theft or damage, it cannot be replaced or refunded, even partially;
   cannot be converted into cash: the value of the card, whether active or expired, is under no circumstances refundable, even partially.
2.  The amount indicated on the Amilon Gift Card must be used and spent at a participating Camicissima store in a single transaction, no later than 180 days from the date shown on the receipt and/or purchase document. The receipt must be presented to store staff together with the Amilon Gift Card when it is used. At the end of the single sales transaction, the Amilon Gift Card will be retained by the store employee. The credit on the Amilon Gift Card cannot be refunded, either totally or partially, nor converted into cash.
3. The Amilon Gift Card is bearer-based and non-personalised and may be used by anyone who presents it at a participating store. The available credit is the amount verified by the optical reader at participating stores. The holder of the Amilon Gift Card is solely responsible for its use, operation and safekeeping. In the event of malfunction, damage, demagnetisation, loss or theft, the Amilon Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.
4. The Amilon Gift Card is valid for the period indicated on the back of the card and may no longer be used after the expiry of the validity period.
5.  Products purchased using the Amilon Gift Card are subject to the same replacement and return conditions applicable to products purchased using any other payment method at Camicissima stores.
6. These Terms and Conditions are published on the Camicissima website at camicissima.com/amilon and are available at participating stores. They will also be made available to the Customer at the time of purchase of the Amilon Gift Card.
7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.
8. For any dispute arising from or relating to these Regulations and the conditions set out herein, where the purchaser does not qualify as a “consumer”, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the Court of Milan.
9. The Amilon Gift Card cannot be used together with discount vouchers, special offers, initiatives or collaborations with other companies, or other ongoing initiatives or promotions (including, by way of example and without limitation, promotions with telecommunications companies, corporate agreements, etc.).
10. Camicissima is authorised not to accept the Gift Card if security issues with the Amilon partner have occurred during the relevant period.
